Wright & Schulte Attorneys from the Vandalia, Cleveland, and Dayton offices were recently recognized by Super Lawyers as top attorneys and rising stars across the nation for 2020. Our lawyers were recognized as being some of the most exceptional plaintiffs’ attorneys in the industry for mass tort ligation, product liability litigation, personal injury litigation, and medical malpractice litigation. Partners Richard W. Schulte, Michael Wright, and Dennis Mulvihill were named as 2020 Ohio Super Lawyers and Attorneys Corey Artim and J. Michael Vervoort were recognized as Ohio Rising Stars for 2020.

Super Lawyers uses a patented multiphase selection process, including nominations, independent research, and peer evaluations. Each year, recognition is competitive and selective – with no more than 5 percent of attorneys in each state being recognized by the Super Lawyers list and no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state being recognized by the Rising Stars list. Super Lawyers researches these areas of each lawyer to validate peer recognition and professional achievements:

  • Verdicts/Settlements
  • Transactions
  • Representative Clients
  • Experience
  • Honors/Awards
  • Special licenses/certifications
  • Position within the law firm
  • Bar and/or professional activity
  • Pro bono and community service
  • Scholarly lectures/writings
  • Education/employment background
  • Other outstanding achievements

The Rising Star List is created using the same criteria as Super Lawyers but must be under the age of 40 and practiced law for 10 years. Super Lawyers goal is to create a “credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.” Super Lawyers Magazine publishes the lists nationwide, along with profiles of the selected attorneys across the country.
