AI Chat Assistant

Our website offers an AI-powered chat assistant to help visitors with questions about potential legal claims. By using the chat assistant, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • AI Processing: Messages you submit through the chat are processed by Anthropic, PBC (“Anthropic”), a third-party artificial intelligence provider, which we may access directly or through Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) Bedrock. The AI provider processes your message only to generate a response. Under the zero-data-retention terms we maintain, the AI provider does not retain or store your conversation after the response is generated, and does not use your conversation to train its models. For details, see Anthropic’s Privacy Policy and AWS’s Privacy Notice.
  • Data Storage: Your chat messages, including any health or injury information you choose to share, are stored in our secured database. We retain chat data for as long as necessary to evaluate your potential claim or comply with our legal obligations, typically no longer than three (3) years from your last interaction.
  • Sensitive Information: The chat assistant may invite you to share health-related information (e.g., injuries, medical treatment, hospital visits). This information is considered sensitive personal data and is used solely to evaluate your potential claim. We do not sell health data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • No Attorney–Client Relationship: Using the chat assistant does not create an attorney–client relationship with Wright & Schulte, LLC or any of its attorneys.
  • Consumer Health Data Rights: If you are a resident of Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, or another state with consumer health data protections, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of health-related information you have shared through the chat. Contact us at calls@yourlegalhelp.com or 1-800-399-0795 to exercise these rights.
  • Deleting Your Information: You may request deletion of your chat messages and any contact details (such as your name and phone number) you provided through the chat at any time. To make a request, email us at calls@yourlegalhelp.com or call 1-800-399-0795. Once we verify your request, we will delete your information from our database, except where we are required to retain it by law or to handle an active case you have asked us to evaluate. Please note: minimizing or closing the chat window does not delete your data — only a deletion request does.
  • Consent Record: Before your first message, the chat asks you to agree to the collection and processing of the information you share — including any health details — by clicking “Agree & send.” When you do, we record the exact notice shown to you, its version, the date and time, and a non-identifying (hashed) form of your IP address. This record is retained as proof of your consent to this policy and our Terms of Use.

Terms of Use

Published: June 10, 2026 · Effective: June 10, 2026 · Last updated: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Wright and Schulte, LLC, an Ohio law firm organized as a limited liability company with its principal offices at 865 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia, OH 45377 (“Wright & Schulte,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), that governs your use of the website located at www.yourlegalhelp.com, the Free Case Review and eligibility questionnaires, the AI-powered chat assistant, and any related pages, tools, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).

We understand you may have questions about these Terms. Whenever we make changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new “Published” date and, where the change is material, provide a summary of what changed.

You accept these Terms by accessing or using the Services, by submitting information through the Free Case Review or a questionnaire, by interacting with the AI assistant, or by continuing to use the Services after being notified of a change to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

  18. How to Contact Us

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship; Not Legal Advice

  1. Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Submitting a Free Case Review, completing a questionnaire, chatting with the AI assistant, or sending us a message does not, by itself, make us your lawyers. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and Wright & Schulte sign a written retainer or engagement agreement and we confirm in writing that we represent you.
  2. The Services do not provide legal advice. Information provided through the website, questionnaires, and the AI assistant is general information about the Firm and the types of claims it investigates. It is not legal advice, is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation, and should not be relied on as such.
  3. No guarantee of outcome. No result is guaranteed. Any discussion of injuries, eligibility, claim periods, or potential recovery is general and informational. Whether you have a claim, and the value of any claim, depends on facts and law that can only be assessed after a full review by an attorney.
  4. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information before we agree to represent you. Because no attorney-client relationship exists until a retainer is signed, information you submit through the Services may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Do not rely on the Services to meet any statute-of-limitations or other legal deadline. If you believe you have a deadline approaching, call us at 1-800-399-0795.

2. The AI Assistant

  1. What it is. The Services include an automated chat assistant powered by artificial intelligence. The assistant is designed to answer general questions about the Firm, help you navigate the website, and help you understand the eligibility questionnaire.
  2. It can be wrong. The AI assistant can make mistakes, may produce inaccurate or incomplete information, and does not provide legal advice. Do not make legal, medical, financial, or other important decisions based solely on the assistant’s responses. When in doubt, call the Firm at 1-800-399-0795 or submit a Free Case Review and speak with a person.
  3. Not a lawyer. The AI assistant is not an attorney, is not a substitute for one, and cannot represent you. Its responses do not create an attorney-client relationship and are not covered by the attorney-client privilege.
  4. Conversations may be logged and AI-processed. To operate, secure, and improve the Services, your chat messages and related data may be recorded, stored, and reviewed as described in Section 3 and the Firm’s Privacy Policy. Your messages are also processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, which the Firm may access directly or through AWS Bedrock) solely to generate responses; under the zero-data-retention terms the Firm maintains, that provider does not retain your conversation after generating a response. Before your first message, you will be asked to consent to this collection and processing, including of any health information you choose to share.

3. Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read the Wright & Schulte Privacy Policy, which describes the personal and non-personal data we collect through the Services, how we collect, use, protect, and share it, and the choices you have. Among other things, the Privacy Policy explains that we do not rent, sell, or share your personal information — including phone numbers and email addresses — with third parties, social media platforms, or marketing agencies, except where required by law or as described in that policy. Information you provide is used to evaluate whether the Firm will accept your case; evaluating a submission does not create any obligation to represent you. By using the Services, and to the extent permitted by law, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Where the law requires your consent for a particular use, we will request it separately.

4. Your Content and Submissions

  1. Your submissions. “Your Content” means the information, messages, files, documents, and details you provide through the Services — for example, answers in the questionnaire, messages to the AI assistant, and contact information you submit through a Free Case Review.
  2. You are responsible for it. You represent that the information you submit is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide it, and that providing it does not violate the law or the rights of any other person.
  3. Limited license to operate the Services. To the extent necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry, you grant Wright & Schulte a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, copy, transmit, and process Your Content. We do not sell Your Content. We will not publicly display the contents of your questionnaire or chat messages as advertising.
  4. Confidentiality of submissions. We treat the information you submit as confidential and handle it in accordance with the Privacy Policy. As noted in Section 1, however, information submitted before a signed engagement may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege.

5. Code of Conduct

When using the Services, including the AI assistant, you agree that you will not:

  1. Do anything illegal, or attempt to use the Services to facilitate anything illegal.
  2. Provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information, impersonate another person, or submit a claim or inquiry on someone else’s behalf without authority.
  3. Send spam, attempt to phish, or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  4. Attempt to probe, scan, jailbreak, reverse engineer, or circumvent any security, access, usage, or content control of the Services, including the AI assistant.
  5. Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, copy, or harvest data from the Services except as expressly permitted by us.
  6. Use the Services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Services or on anyone else’s use of them.
  7. Harass, threaten, defame, or violate the privacy or rights of others, or post hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable content.
  8. Help anyone else do any of the above.

We may review content and conduct to enforce these rules, and we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services if you violate them.

6. Eligibility and Age

The Services are intended for residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are submitting information about a minor or on behalf of another person, you represent that you are that person’s parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative.

7. Using the Services

  1. Equipment and connections. You are responsible for the device, internet connection, and any data or messaging charges needed to use the Services.
  2. Phone and email consent; call recording. You certify that any phone numbers you provide are your own contact numbers and that you are permitted to receive calls and text messages at them. You agree that we, and our affiliates, agents, case managers, paralegals, and attorneys, may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or other electronic means to the extent permitted by law. These calls and text messages may be made using prerecorded or artificial-voice messages and/or an automatic telephone dialing system. To handle inquiries accurately, phone calls between you and the Firm may be recorded. Message and data rates may apply.
  3. SMS (text message) terms. If you opt in to text messages (for example, by submitting an online form), you may receive messages related to your case. Message frequency varies (for example, up to about one message per week regarding case information). 4. Support. The Services are provided as an informational and intake tool. We do not guarantee that the AI assistant or any part of the Services will be available, monitored, or responsive at any particular time.

8. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Services may contain links to, or rely on, websites, tools, or services operated by third parties (“Third-Party Services”). We do not control Third-Party Services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of any Third-Party Service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

9. Service Availability

The Services may be unavailable from time to time, may be offered for a limited time, or may vary by region or device. We strive to keep the Services running, but all online services experience occasional disruptions and outages, and we are not liable for any disruption or loss you may experience as a result. We do not guarantee that information you submit through the Services will be received, retained, or acted upon, and you should keep your own copies.

10. Changes to the Services and to These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also change these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Published” date above and, for material changes, provide a summary or notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

11. Intellectual Property and License

The Services and all related content — including text, graphics, logos, the “Wright & Schulte” and “yourlegalhelp.com” names and marks, page layouts, and software — are owned by or licensed to the Firm and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial, informational purposes and to inquire about legal representation. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted by us.

12. Attorney Advertising

The Services may constitute attorney advertising under the rules of one or more jurisdictions. Wright and Schulte, LLC is an Ohio law firm with its principal offices at 865 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia, OH 45377. The contents of this website are provided for general information purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice on any specific fact or circumstance. The Firm’s lawyers are licensed in Ohio and a limited number of other jurisdictions, and the Firm sometimes associates with locally licensed attorneys in other states and jurisdictions for a limited purpose. Prior results do not guarantee or suggest a similar outcome in other matters. The Firm represents clients on a contingency-fee basis on the matters it accepts (a 40% contingency fee, with no upfront cost — you pay only if there is a recovery); fee terms are set out in the written retainer agreement, not these Terms. Free background information is available upon request.

13. Warranties

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE AI ASSISTANT, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRIGHT & SCHULTE AND ITS AFFILIATES, ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AND VENDORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES — INCLUDING BY THE AI ASSISTANT — IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU MAY HAVE RIGHTS UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAW THAT THESE TERMS CANNOT CHANGE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRIGHT & SCHULTE AND ITS AFFILIATES, ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON THE AI ASSISTANT OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. This Section limits liability arising from your use of the Services; it does not address the Firm’s professional responsibilities to clients it actually represents under a signed engagement, which are governed by that engagement and by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wright & Schulte and its affiliates, attorneys, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute relating to your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, for any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. This Section governs disputes about your use of the Services only; it does not govern any attorney-client relationship or signed retainer or engagement agreement, which are covered by their own terms.

17. Miscellaneous

  1. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. They do not supersede any signed retainer or engagement agreement.
  2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  3. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
  4. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale.
  5. Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
