Wright & Schulte Attorneys Educate at Annual Ohio Association for Justice Convention

Every year, plaintiff lawyers across Ohio and beyond come together to learn from leading attorneys in the legal field about various litigation topics. This year, five Wright & Schulte attorneys will be speaking and teaching about topics including mass tort trends and trial strategies.

On Thursday, May 3, 2018, W&S attorney Nathan Stuckey, OAJ Chair of the New Lawyers Section, will be leading and moderating the New Lawyers Seminar.  As part of the New Lawyers Seminar, W&S attorney Dennis Mulvihill will be teaching a segment titled, “Trial Strategies”.

OAJ’s Mass Tort Seminar will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018.  W&S Attorney Corey Artim, OAJ Chair of the Mass Tort Section will lead the Mass Tort Seminar. The Mass Tort Seminar will include four speakers teaching on topics including the opioid epidemic, the C8 litigation, hernia mesh, and other issues raised in prosecuting mass tort litigation cases. W&S attorney Jacob Gebelle will provide the Hernia Mesh Litigation Update informing fellow attorneys of the current state of hernia mesh litigations across the country.

This year’s Mass Tort Seminar will also feature a panel of standout attorneys in the mass tort field. Wright & Schulte partner, Richard Schulte, along with Attorneys Robert Bilott of Cincinnati, Ohio, Francisco Guerra of San Antonio, Texas, and James Young of Jacksonville, Florida will answer questions and update fellow attorneys on changes and trends in mass tort litigations across the country.
