Jacob Dillon is an Associate attorney focusing on mass torts, class actions, product liability, and pharmaceutical drug and device litigation. He also has experience supporting litigation involving railroad-related injuries and institutional abuse, advocating for individuals affected by significant harm.
Jacob earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2017 and his B.A. from The Ohio State University in 2010. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Jacob is admitted pro hac vice for the Depo-Provera litigation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Jacob has been involved in discovery and assisted in depositions in East Palestine v. Norfolk Southern, representing individuals impacted by the toxic train derailment. He has also handled claims in the Boy Scouts of America sexual abuse litigation, helping survivors seek justice and accountability. In the AME Church Employee Retirement Fund litigation, Jacob worked closely with expert witnesses by providing case information and working closely with them to support the development of damages assessments and liability theories. Jacob has contributed to a bellwether case in Paraquat v. Syngenta, addressing allegations of herbicide-related injury, and is actively working discovery in Depo-Provera v. Pfizer et al., involving claims of serious side effects linked to a widely used contraceptive.
