EricaRae Garcia is an associate at the firm’s Vandalia location focusing her practice on complex civil litigation. EricaRae joined Wright & Schulte in 2019 after clerking for the firm for two years.
Prior to joining Wright & Schulte as an associate, EricaRae externed at an immigration law firm in downtown Dayton where she worked on a variety of immigration matters including deportation and removal proceedings, appeals, asylum and refugee status, family immigration and naturalization, employment-based and business-based visas, temporary non-immigrant visas, and much more.
EricaRae earned her J.D. from University of Dayton School of Law, where she gained experience researching, writing, and editing as the Editor-in-Chief for the University of Dayton Law Review. During law school, EricaRae served as a teaching assistant and earned a CALI Award for receiving the top score in her Legal Research and Writing class.
EricaRae is passionate about helping individuals and families and ensuring justice for the most under-served populations.
