In October 2016, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation consolidated all Roundup lawsuits in the Northern District of California under the Honorable Judge Vince Chhabria. Plaintiffs in the MDL suffered from various forms of Non-Hodgkins lymphoma after long term exposure and use of Roundup.
Glyphosate is the active ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup.
