Portable Generators Recalled by Champion Power and Costco Due to Fire Hazard

Many people across the northeast are using portable generators due to power outages caused by Hurricane Sandy. Unfortunately, Champion Power Company has issued a recall on some of their portable generators due to a potential fire hazard. There were 8,6000 of these portable generators sold through Costco stores nationwide from December of 2011 through January of 2012.

The attorneys at the Law firm of Wright & Schulte LLC would like everyone to take a moment to check if you have one of the recalled generators. Or spread the awareness of this Champion Power portable generator recall. There is a chance the generator could develop a fuel leak which may result in the generator catching fire.
