Attorney Kathleen VanSchaik – Bio
Kate Van Schaik is an associate at Wright & Schulte, LLC. Kate is passionate about representing individuals and families injured by defective medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Kate earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2014. While in law school, Kate was a staff writer for UDSL Law Review and a member of the UDSL Moot Court Team. Kate was also a research and teaching assistant for the Legal Writing Department at the University of Dayton School of Law. During law school, Kate completed legal clerkships at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and the Juvenile Court of Montgomery County. Kate became a law clerk at Wright & Schulte, LLC in her third year of law school.
